Yes, you can cancel and withdraw your masternode coins at any time should you wish. If you choose to cancel hosting, the 20,000 ION principal returns to your account. The monthly hosting fee is non-refundable and will not be returned.
If you have Sharenodes, these will need to be placed on the marketplace and exchanged for regular ION before there are made available and so free to transfer to another client wallet or node address.
